Job summary

EY in Chicago, Los Angeles, and across the United States seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) timekeeping. You will drive large-scale implementations, tailor configurations, and deliver value across global teams.

Ideal candidates hold WFS certifications, demonstrate analytical prowess with Excel/PowerPoint, and are comfortable traveling. This role offers hybrid work with time onsite at client sites or EY offices and opportunities to impact enterprise workforce

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work in a hybrid environment (3 days/week client site or EY office).

Responsibilities

• Deliver on large-scale WFS projects, mainly ADP WFS, with high-quality client service.
• Gain advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Solution and related applications.
• Support configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades (requirements, design, testing, migration).
• Contribute to pre-sales and sales strategies and facilitate client sessions.
• Create functional/technical design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Participate in full life cycle activities from discovery to postproduction support.
