You will oversee 20+ families at multiple stages, lead tours and events, and deliver clear, compassionate decisions. Proficiency with HubSpot, SIS, and AI-assisted prep is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyer value of $25,000+ per client
• Owned enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system
• Able to decline when not a good fit
• Experience using AI tools in client-facing workflow
• Clear written and verbal communication with high-net-worth clients
• Led polished in-person tours, presentations, or hosted experiences for affluent families

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding
• Manage 20+ active families at different stages
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form admit or decline recommendations and communicate decisions
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current after each interaction and report pipeline health weekly
