Alpha School is hiring for a campus admissions role that owns the enrollment journey from inquiry to first day of school. You’ll manage 20+ active families across stages, conduct tours, shadow days, and open houses, delivering news directly to families with clarity.

You will work on-site daily at one campus, owning the process end-to-end and engaging affluent families with high-touch service while leveraging AI tools to prepare and summarize interactions for leadership review.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers of $25,000+ per client.
• Owned onboarding from inquiry through commitment decision.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or similar.
• Able to say no to enrollments when not the right fit.
• Experience using AI tools in client-facing workflows.
• Clear, professional communication with executives and high-net-worth clients.

Aufgaben

• Own the enrollment journey from first inquiry through onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once across stages; respond to inquiries within hours.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form and communicate admit or declines to families personally.
• Maintain HubSpot and SIS after every interaction; summarize with AI tools; report weekly.
