Alpha is hiring for a Director of Membership to own the campus enrollment journey from first inquiry to day one of school. You will manage 20+ families across stages, lead tours, info sessions, and shadow days, and deliver admissions decisions in person.

You will maintain CRM data in HubSpot and SIS, leveraging AI tools for prep and summaries, on-site daily. The role requires proven client-facing experience with high-net-worth families, strong communication, and a track record of owning

Formación

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value buyers (≥$25k per client).
• Owned full client/admissions journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM/system.
• Told prospects not to buy/enroll if not a fit.
• Used AI tools in client-facing workflow.
• Strong concise written and oral communication with executives/high-net-worth individuals.
• Led polished in-person tours/meetings for affluent families.
• Built a multi-touch relationship over 30+ days.
• Owned an enrollment/revenue target for at least 12 months.
• Built a demand channel that brought paying clients or referrals.

Responsabilidades

• Own the campus membership journey from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, promptly answering inquiries.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit/decline decisions and deliver them personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current; use AI tools for prep and summaries.
