Alpha School is expanding and seeking a Director of Client Relations to own the campus admissions journey—from first inquiry to onboarding. You will engage with 20+ families at various stages, conduct tours and shadow days, and present admissions outcomes in person.

The role requires experience guiding families through high-value decisions and using AI tools to summarize and prep for conversations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients ($25,000+ each).
• Owned client/admissions journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM/tracking system.
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy when not the right fit.
• Experience using AI tools professionally.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding for each family.
• Carry 20+ active families at different stages and respond quickly.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Deliver admit or decline decisions personally to families.
• Maintain HubSpot and SIS after every interaction and report pipeline health.
