Job summary

Alpha School is seeking an Admissions Relationship Manager to own the enrollment journey for one campus, guiding families from the first inquiry to day-one readiness. This role requires handling 20+ active families, delivering clear, honest feedback, and coordinating tours and shadow days to showcase what makes Alpha School distinctive.

You will use HubSpot and the SIS daily, apply AI tools for prep and summaries, and partner with leadership to keep the pipeline healthy while delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients (>$25k per client).
• Owned end-to-end admissions journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships simultaneously in a CRM or tracking system.
• Able to say no or steer clients to fit without compromising relationships.
• Experience using AI tools in client-facing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families at different stages with prompt inquiry responses.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Deliver admission decisions personally to families.
• Maintain HubSpot and the SIS records and report pipeline health weekly.
