Job summary

Alpha School is hiring for a full-time admissions role, onsite at a campus in one of 11 markets. You will manage the entire membership journey from inquiry to first day, handling 20+ families at varying stages, and will perform tours, info sessions, and shadow days to illustrate fit.

You will use HubSpot and SIS daily and report weekly on pipeline health. This role requires strong client-facing experience, the ability to tell if a family is not a fit, and a track record of owning enrollment

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with a buyer at $25,000+ per client.
• Personally owned an enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM.
• Clearly told prospective clients when not to enroll for fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicated concisely with executives and high-net-worth clients.
• Led in-person tours and hosted experiences for affluent families.
• Built a multi-touch relationship over 30+ days.
• Owned an enrollment/revenue target for 12+ months.
• Created a demand channel bringing paying clients.
• Willing to move to a campus market and work on-site.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the membership journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once and review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit/decline recommendations and deliver decisions.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline health.
