Senior Accounts Payable Specialist – Madison, WI

This is a highly visible corporate role with responsibility for managing high-volume accounts payable across multiple entities and brands, resolving complex invoice discrepancies, maintaining vendor relationships, and partnering closely with the Corporate Controller to improve processes as the company continues optimizing a recently implemented ERP system.

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing, food manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity environment. Experience with three-way matching, purchase order processing, ERP systems (NetSuite a plus), vendor management, ACH/wire/check payments, and month-end close is highly preferred. They're looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of the Accounts Payable function with minimal oversight.

Ideal candidates will come from manufacturing organizations with complex AP operations and experience supporting multiple business units or legal entities.

Location: On-site Madison, WI

Compensation: 60,000–65,000 base + 10% annual bonus
