Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead development and implementation of account management programs, policies, and procedures. You will guide pricing, services, and revenue growth for the laboratory offering, while managing staff and ensuring compliant, effective account oversight.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in management, along with strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, operations, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff including hiring, training, development and engagement.
• Generates new business and increases wallet share to grow revenue for laboratory/services.
• Oversees account management programs and ensures compliance with standards and policies.
• Communicates customer needs and business requirements to leadership and teams.
• Resolves escalated account management issues and coordinates with internal/external groups.
