Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the development and execution of account management programs for our laboratory services. You will guide pricing, services, and customer strategies while managing a team to drive revenue and compliance.

You will oversee staff hiring, training and performance, with a focus on growing wallet share and implementing price strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, operations, or a closely related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive sales experience, including two (2) years of managerial experience.
• Continued employment is contingent upon licenses and certificates being maintained in active status.

Responsabilités

• Manages staff including hiring, training and performance management.
• Generates new business and increases wallet share for laboratory/services offerings.
• Oversees account management programs to achieve sales and operational results and budgets.
• Resolves escalated account management problems and coordinates with internal/external groups.
• Maintains currency of account management regulations and industry trends.
