Pace® Analytical Services is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of account management programs. You will drive revenue, oversee pricing strategies, and align cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence in the California area.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in management, with strong leadership and budget management skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with account management programs, policies and procedures and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Manage development and implementation of account management programs and policies.
• Lead a team, including hiring, training, performance reviews and engagement.
• Generate new business, grow wallet share, and manage price adjustments and surcharges.
• Oversee account management reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and organizational standards.
• Communicate strategy, track metrics and drive revenue for the laboratory/services.
