Job summary

UKG is seeking an Account Representative III to provide frontline support for UKG Ready clients. You will manage a portfolio of larger accounts, resolve payroll and HRIS questions, and coordinate project work to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.

You will use knowledge of payroll systems to troubleshoot issues, prepare reports, and uphold service standards while continuing your own learning through training and self-study.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client support, customer service, or related HCM environment.
• Knowledge of payroll and HR processes including taxes and direct deposit.
• Experience handling confidential information and client data.
• Ability to prepare or review payroll/HR reports.
• Ability to manage client requests within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of larger client accounts and respond to questions and service requests.
• Maintain knowledge of UKG Ready’s payroll, timekeeping, and HR apps to troubleshoot issues.
