UKG is seeking a Payroll Representative III to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients using UKG Ready payroll and workforce management services. You will deliver exceptional customer support, build strong client relationships, and ensure accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent with 2–5 years related experience.
• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and forward-thinking mindset.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information, systems, and processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Identify payroll issues, conduct research, and provide effective solutions with accuracy and compliance.
• Write emails and lead video meetings with clients and other remote team members.
• Use Excel to create payroll import templates for clients.
