You will deliver exceptional customer support, build strong client relationships, and ensure timely, accurate payroll service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to adapt as priorities shift. Experience in payroll, customer service, or HR support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent, 2 - 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management best practices
• Strong attention to detail and forward-thinking mindset
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information, systems, and processes efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day

Responsibilities

• Identify payroll issues, conduct research, and provide effective solutions while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Write emails and lead video meetings with clients and other remote team members
• Use Excel to create payroll import templates for clients
