Job summary

UKG is hiring an Account Representative III to provide frontline support for UKG Ready clients. You will manage a portfolio of larger accounts, resolve payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS questions, and ensure payroll-related work is accurate and timely.

This role requires knowledge of payroll/HCM systems, report preparation, and ongoing learning of UKG Ready through training. You will collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality service and meet SLA expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client support, customer service, or payroll/HCM roles.
• Working knowledge of payroll processes, taxes, and direct deposit.
• Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support an assigned portfolio of larger client accounts.
• Troubleshoot payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS questions.
• Prepare reports using payroll and HR data.
• Respond to Zendesk tickets within SLA.
• Complete assigned project work.
