Zusammenfassung

UKG is seeking an Account Representative III to provide frontline support for UKG Ready customers. You will manage a portfolio of larger client accounts, address payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS questions, and ensure accurate, on‑time payroll processing and reporting.

You will leverage knowledge of payroll and HCM systems, investigate issues, prepare client-ready reports, and coordinate project work while continuously learning through training and self-study.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in client support, customer service, or related HCM fields.
• Working knowledge of payroll processes, HR data, and reporting.
• Experience handling confidential employee or client information.
• Ability to prepare or review reports with payroll/HR data.
• Ability to respond to tickets within defined service levels.
• Experience coordinating project work for clients.

Aufgaben

• Support an assigned portfolio of larger client accounts and respond to client questions and service requests.
• Develop knowledge of UKG Ready payroll, timekeeping, and HR applications to troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate and perform complex payroll, salary, and benefit calculations and related tasks.
• Prepare reports using payroll and HR data.
• Respond to Zendesk tickets within the 1.5-hour SLA.
• Accept and complete assigned project work.
• Protect confidential information and follow procedures and standards.
• Participate in team and client meetings using established communication practices.
