Job summary

UKG is seeking an Account Representative III to support a portfolio of larger client accounts using UKG Ready. You will resolve payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS questions, complete payroll-related work, and coordinate projects while continually learning about UKG Ready through training and self-study.

You will handle complex payroll processing, prepare reports, and respond to client requests within SLA. This role emphasizes data confidentiality and teamwork across client meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client support, payroll, HR, or related HCM environment.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, earnings/deductions, taxes, and direct deposit.
• Experience handling confidential employee or client information.
• Ability to generate or review reports with payroll/HR data.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage client requests.

Responsibilities

• Support an assigned portfolio of larger client accounts and respond to questions.
• Develop knowledge of UKG Ready’s payroll, timekeeping, and HR applications.
• Coordinate complex payroll, salary, and benefit calculations and processing.
• Prepare reports using payroll and HR data.
• Respond to Zendesk tickets within SLA.
• Complete assigned project work and protect confidential data.
• Participate in team and client meetings with established practices.
