You will provide prompt, high-quality customer service related to vehicle condition, discrepancies, and reconditioning services to optimize client value.

Responsibilities include communicating with internal departments, preparing reconditioning estimates, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with related field experience.
• 3+ years in a related field preferred; safety and compliance awareness.
• Proven ability to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact resolving client issues for accounts of varying complexity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service addressing vehicle condition inquiries and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships; assess and approve reconditioning estimates.
• Maintain knowledge of condition reports and vehicle inspection processes.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell relevant products and services.
• Prioritize tasks and resolve client issues timely and professionally.
• Ensure adherence to Cox standards and client SLA guidelines.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and participate in safety initiatives.
