Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a detailed-oriented professional to deliver comprehensive support to multiple account holders and coordinate complex vehicle sale processes. You will analyze reports for trends, maintain documentation, and partner with accounts receivable to ensure accurate charges and timely invoicing.

The role emphasizes safeguarding client relationships and ensuring accurate vehicle specifications, imaging, and announcements, with a focus on high-revenue accounts and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required with 3+ years in a related role or 5+ years in related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Prior clerical or administrative experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to numerous account holders.
• Identify enhancement opportunities proactively.
• Run and analyze reports for trends and compliance.
• Coordinate with national account representatives to audit sale vehicle processes.
• Prepare and audit run orders, scheduling, notices, and invoicing for client accounts.
• Monitor vehicle sales processes and maintain client-facing communications.
• Build positive relationships and explain auction processes, inventory status, and delivery.
• Inspect vehicles for specs and ensure imaging and announcements are accurate.
