Responsibilities

• Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships; meet or exceed sales objectives; act as technical sales consultant in the territory.
• Renew maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction via MFA program.
• Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities.
• Conduct sales planning and needs assessments to target accounts and expand within the installed base.
