Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Tempe, AZ. You will manage a large portfolio of elevator units and act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, including estimating, billing, and scheduling.

You will build relationships, expand the sales territory through cold calling, and drive renewals and repairs using technology and telephony. Strong communication and team-oriented skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent demonstrated customer service skills required.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of elevator units and customers.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries such as estimating, insurance certificates, billing, and scheduling.
• Build relationships by contacting customers on a rotational basis or as needed.
• Develop and expand the sales territory through cold calling and market familiarity.
• Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and repairs using technology.
• Conduct sales planning and needs assessment to inform target efforts.
