Archimedes in New Jersey seeks a Sr. Account Manager to manage key client relationships and coordinate cross‑functional projects. You will develop solutions to client problems, support the call center in escalations, and gather scope and timelines for client initiatives.

You will own operational support for client needs including member letters and participate in QA for product development, while aligning with compliance and learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience in pharmacy benefits client management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Develop positive client relationships.
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
• Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects.
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
