Archimedes, based in Des Moines, IA, seeks a Sr. Account Manager to oversee a key client channel and coordinate internal operational projects.

You will develop positive client relationships, craft solutions to customer problems, support the call center in resolving member escalations, and work with clients to define scope and timelines. This role also owns operational support including member letters and participates in requirements and QA for product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry; proven experience managing client relationships; knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop positive client relationships.
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
• Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects.
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned
