Job summary

Archimedes is seeking a Sr. Account Manager in Wisconsin to manage key client relationships and oversee operational projects related to pharmacy benefits. The role blends direct client contact with internal coordination of scope, timelines, and product development needs.

You will support escalation handling, gather requirements, and contribute to QA activities while aligning with compliance and learning programs. A strong candidate has pharma benefits experience and expertise in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry.
• Proven experience successfully managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive client relationships.
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
• Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects.
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
