Archimedes is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to support a key channel relationship, blending direct client interaction with internal project management. The role focuses on building positive client relationships, delivering solutions, and guiding operational support for client needs.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years in the pharmacy benefits space, proven client management skills, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Competitive benefits accompany a collaborative team culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2 years of experience in pharmacy benefits industry.
• Proven experience managing client relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Develop positive client relationships.
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and back to the client.
• Work with clients to identify scope and timelines for client projects.
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned
