Archimedes in Concord, NH is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage key client relationships within the pharmacy benefits space. The role combines direct client interaction with coordinating internal projects to ensure on-time delivery.

You will develop solutions to customer problems, support call center escalations, and work with clients to define scope and timelines. The position includes generous benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2 years in pharmacy benefits or related client management role.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive client relationships.
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
• Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects.
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned
