Job summary

Archimedes is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to strengthen a key channel relationship through direct client interaction and internal project management. You will own operational support, gather scope/timelines, and contribute to QA for product development closely aligned with client needs.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in pharmacy benefits, strong client management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry.
• Proven experience successfully managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive client relationships.
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
• Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects.
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned
