Archimedes in Indianapolis seeks a Sr. Account Manager to cultivate strong client relationships and oversee operational projects. You will interact directly with clients and coordinate internal teams to deliver timely, effective solutions to member needs.

The role involves gathering project scope, timelines, and requirements, supporting call centers with escalations, and contributing to product development QA. Strong MS Office skills and healthcare benefits knowledge are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience is required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry is required.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Knowledge of specialty medication benefits is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop positive client relationships.
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
• Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects.
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Educación

Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry
