Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support our Liquid Bulk Logistics portfolio. You will retain and grow strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and cross-sell opportunities across Odyssey's full portfolio.

This remote-friendly role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (approx. 40 hours/week) with travel about 25% and reports to the Director, Account Management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of account management, sales, or customer service within bulk liquid logistics or related industries.
• Strong relationship management skills with proven ability to grow client accounts and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for Bulk Managed Services and Tank Intermodal accounts, ensuring needs are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in supply chain, procurement, and operations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Odyssey's portfolio to drive profitability.
• Track account performance metrics and report outcomes to leadership.
