Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a proactive Account Manager to join the Liquid Bulk Logistics team. In this role you will retain and grow strategic bulk accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and position cross-sell opportunities across Odyssey's portfolio.

This remote-eligible role supports relationships with supply chain, procurement, and operations contacts, tracks performance metrics in Salesforce, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in account management, sales, or customer service within bulk liquid logistics or related industries.
• Strong relationship management with a proven track record of growing client accounts.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills; proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Bulk Managed Services and Tank Intermodal accounts; ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across Odyssey's portfolio to increase client value and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans that meet client requirements.
• Track account performance metrics and report updates to leadership; ensure accurate data in Salesforce.
