Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our Liquid Bulk Logistics team. You will retain and grow strategic liquid bulk accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and position cross-sell opportunities across Odyssey’s full portfolio of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in account management, sales, or customer service within bulk liquid logistics or related industries.
• Strong relationship management with internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills; proficient in Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned Bulk Managed Services and Tank Intermodal accounts; ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across Odyssey’s portfolio to enhance client value and drive profitability.
• Collaborate with Director, Account Management, Operations, and Sales to develop and execute account plans.
• Track and analyze account performance metrics; maintain accurate Salesforce data and present to leadership.
