Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to support our Liquid Bulk Logistics portfolio. You will retain and grow strategic accounts, drive cross-sell opportunities across the Odyssey portfolio, and deliver high-value service to clients while collaborating with internal teams.

This remote-friendly role offers standard business hours, travel ~25%, and a chance to influence multi-modal logistics solutions with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in account management, sales, or customer service within bulk liquid logistics or related industries.
• Proven track record of growing client accounts and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills; proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned Bulk Managed Services and Tank Intermodal accounts; ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Odyssey’s portfolio (Intermodal, Trucking, Warehousing, Technology Services) to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Directors, Operations, and Sales to develop and execute account plans meeting client requirements.
• Track and report account performance metrics; maintain accurate Salesforce data and present capabilities to clients.
