Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a proactive Account Manager for our Liquid Bulk Logistics team. You will retain and grow strategic liquid bulk accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and position cross-sell opportunities across Odyssey's full portfolio of services.

Responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with Sales and Operations, and tracking performance metrics in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service within bulk liquid logistics, chemicals, tank intermodal, or related supply chain industries.
• Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of growing client accounts and high collaboration.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills; proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented and organized; capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned Bulk Managed Services and Tank Intermodal accounts, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders involved in liquid bulk shipping decisions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling Odyssey's broader portfolio to enhance client value and drive profitability.
• Analyze liquid bulk market trends and client data to identify retention, expansion opportunities, and develop strategic account plans.
