Odyssey Logistics is seeking an Account Manager to retain and grow strategic liquid bulk accounts within its Bulk Managed Services and Tank Intermodal offerings. You will manage relationships with supply chain, procurement, and operations contacts, driving cross-sell opportunities across the Odyssey portfolio.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, client satisfaction, and collaboration with multiple internal teams to deliver value and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of account management, sales, or customer service within bulk liquid logistics or related supply chain industries.
• Strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Bulk Managed Services and Tank Intermodal accounts.
• Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, and operations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Odyssey's portfolio to drive profitability.
• Develop strategic account plans to strengthen retention and grow revenue.
• Collaborate with the Director, Operations, and Sales to execute account plans and address client needs.
• Track performance metrics and maintain accurate account data in Salesforce.
