Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Liquid Bulk Logistics team. You will retain and grow strategic liquid bulk accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and cross-selling across our portfolio of services, including Intermodal, Trucking/Brokerage, Warehousing, and Technology Services.

The role emphasizes strong relationship management, data-driven analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of account management, sales, or customer service in bulk liquid logistics or related industries.
• Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills; proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned Bulk Managed Services and Tank Intermodal accounts, ensuring needs are met.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in supply chain, procurement and operations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Odyssey’s portfolio to drive revenue.
• Track account performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
