Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sales Manager, Liquid Bulk Solutions to drive new business across North America. This hunter-focused role targets liquid bulk shippers and sells over-the-road liquids and domestic intermodal services.

You will build a robust pipeline, lead prospect meetings, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with Pricing and Operations to craft winning proposals. Remote role with ~25% travel and standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of new-business development or outside sales in liquid bulk transport.
• Strong hunter mentality with proven prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and target new liquid bulk shippers across North America.
• Sell liquid bulk transportation and domestic tank intermodal services to new customers.
• Develop strategic plans, build a target list, and win new logos.
• Manage pipeline, lead meetings, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with Pricing and Operations.
