Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation seeks an experienced Account Manager to support its Liquid Bulk Logistics team in retaining and growing strategic accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with Odyssey's service portfolio.

You will build strong relationships with supply chain, procurement, and operations contacts, identify cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to performance tracking and reporting within Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service within bulk liquid logistics or related industries.
• Strong relationship management skills with a track record of growing client accounts.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills; proficiency with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Detail-oriented and organized; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Bulk Managed Services and Tank Intermodal accounts.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders involved in liquid bulk shipping decisions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling Odyssey's broader portfolio to enhance client value and drive profitability.
• Analyze liquid bulk market trends and client data to identify retention and expansion opportunities.
• Track and report account performance and ensure data in Salesforce is accurate; support leadership with updates.
