Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead relationships with hyperscale customers and maximize revenue for magnetic tape storage solutions. This remote West Coast role serves as the primary contact for purchasing, supply chain, and engineering across major accounts.

You will coordinate with internal teams and Tokyo to meet customer needs, develop account strategy, and drive growth while traveling as needed within North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in account management, preferably IT enterprise.
• Experience with large-scale, strategic enterprise customers.
• Experience selling IT products (software/hardware).
• Strong relationship, negotiation and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with hyperscale customers and maximize revenue.
• Lead end-to-end proposals and pursue new business within key accounts.
• Develop and implement account strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, SCM and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Tokyo to align sales and operations.
