Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to maximize revenue and deepen relationships with hyperscale customers across North America.

The role focuses on coordinating with purchasing, engineering and supply chain to align on strategic accounts and drive growth. This remote position is based on the West Coast and offers a competitive salary with bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of account management experience in IT.
• Experience managing large-scale, strategic enterprise customers.
• Experience selling IT products (software and/or hardware).
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing hyperscale customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts and lead end-to-end proposals.
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Engage with purchasing, engineering, SCM and other stakeholders at client sites.
• Strengthen relationships with system integration partners for seamless cooperation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Tokyo HQ to align sales activities and operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and support production scheduling.
• Review contracts and commercial terms with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product and planning teams.
