Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking an experienced Account Manager to maximize revenue within hyperscale accounts. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships with purchasing, supply chain, engineering, and related functions across major customers.

You will drive end‑to‑end proposals and coordinate with global teams. The position is remote and West Coast based, with travel to customer sites about once per month in North America and occasional trips to Tokyo.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of account management experience in IT
• Experience managing large-scale, strategic enterprise customers
• Experience selling IT products (software and/or hardware)
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with hyperscale customers and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts and lead end-to-end proposals
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Engage with purchasing, engineering and SCM stakeholders across organizations
• Coordinate with system integrators and internal teams for seamless cooperation with customers
• Collaborate with Tokyo and North America teams to align sales activities with operations
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and input for production scheduling
• Review contracts and commercial terms with internal stakeholders including legal and finance
• Monitor storage and data center market trends and provide actionable feedback
