Job summary

Fujifilm’s Data Storage Solutions division seeks an experienced Account Manager to maximize revenue and deepen relationships with hyperscale customers. You will serve as the primary contact across purchasing, supply chain, engineering, and related functions.

This remote role is based on the West Coast; travel to customer sites about once per month in North America and occasional international travel to Tokyo.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of account management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale enterprise customers.
• Experience in selling IT-related products (software and/or hardware).
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing hyperscale customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts, leading end-to-end proposals.
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase FUJIFILM’s share of business.
• Engage with purchasing, engineering, SCM, and other stakeholders at customer organizations.
• Strengthen relationships with system integration partners for seamless cooperation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Tokyo HQ to align sales and operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and support production scheduling and inventory planning.
• Review and negotiate contracts and commercial terms with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends in storage, data centers, and hyperscale ecosystems.
