Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking an experienced Account Manager to maximize revenue and maintain long-term relationships with hyperscale customers. The role serves as the primary contact for purchasing, supply chain, engineering, and related functions across major accounts, with remote work on the West Coast.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in account management for large enterprise customers, with a track record in selling IT products and strong negotiation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of account management experience in IT.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise customers.
• Experience selling IT-related products (software and/or hardware).
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with hyperscale customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts.
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Engage with purchasing, engineering, SCM and other stakeholders.
• Strengthen relationships with system integration partners and establish seamless cooperation for hyperscale customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Tokyo HQ for effective execution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts for production scheduling.
• Review and negotiate contracts and terms with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback for product and business planning.
