Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead relationships with top hyperscale customers and drive revenue growth across IT storage solutions.

You will collaborate with purchasing, engineering, supply chain and global teams to develop account strategies, manage forecasts, and align customer needs with internal operations. The role is remote and based on the West Coast.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of account management experience in IT.
• Experience managing large-scale, strategic enterprise customers.
• Experience selling IT products (software and/or hardware).
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing hyperscale customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts.
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Engage with purchasing, engineering, SCM and other stakeholders at various levels.
• Strengthen relationships with system integration partners for hyperscale customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Tokyo HQ to align sales activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts for production scheduling.
• Review and negotiate contracts and commercial terms with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor storage, data center, and hyperscale ecosystem trends and provide feedback.
