Job summary

Energy Worldnet (EWN) is seeking an experienced Account Manager to independently manage complex client relationships and develop account strategies that drive retention, product adoption, and long-term success. This senior role requires collaborating across teams to deliver value while mentoring junior managers.

The position is hybrid, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with onsite requirements and relocation support not provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in account management or related role.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and strategic account planning.
• Willing to relocate to the DFW area; hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex client accounts to support retention and growth.
• Analyze client needs and operational requirements to propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account plans and onboarding.
• Evaluate client situations to determine appropriate resolutions balancing client and company needs.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within accounts to drive performance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members to ensure consistent service.
