Harting Americas seeks a Key Account Manager – Energy to plan and execute business development activities for designated national accounts from a remote base in Dallas/Fort Worth. Focus is on energy generation, transmission, and distribution across infrastructure applications.

You will drive account strategy, build senior relationships, and coordinate with product teams to deliver cost-effective solutions while maintaining CRM records and forecasting monthly results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering or other technical degree.
• 5+ years of experience in technical solutions selling or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM and SAP preferred.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Map networks of plants, design centers, and distributors for designated accounts.
• Develop penetration plans to maximize Harting’s share and identify product opportunities.
• Build senior-level relationships within accounts and major subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Market Development and Product Management for information flow.
• Design Harting products into customer equipment and obtain approvals.
• Maintain CRM records and provide monthly sales forecasts.
