PNC Financial Wellness Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to deepen client relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and ensure successful adoption of wellness programs for Large Corporate, DIG, and FIG clients. The role requires frequent travel within the East Territory and a consultative approach to deliver health and benefit accounts, earned wage access, and other financial wellness services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, a combination may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, develop and maintain long-term client relationships; provide sales/consultative support; liaison between clients and servicing units.
• Serve as point of contact for client matters; identify and develop new servicing opportunities to build long-lasting relationships.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and fees; collaborate with in-house counsel on contract modifications.
• Analyze and document client requirements; forecast and track key account metrics; identify customization needs.
• Manage contract processes and partner with teams to resolve implementation and production issues; act as escalation point.
