Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Account Manager to own client satisfaction, contract delivery, and team performance for assigned accounts in Smyrna, TN. You will lead site leadership and officer teams, translate SOWs into daily execution, and drive KPI results including safety, service quality, and attrition.

You will also manage scheduling, staffing, and overtime, partner with recruiting on pipeline health, and enforce policies with a culture of safety and continuous improvement across client sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive leadership in contract security or related operations.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong service recovery and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate SOWs into daily action.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling, staffing levels, and overtime control; coordinate with Recruiting on pipeline health.
• Lead site leadership and officer teams; ensure post orders and SOPs are current.
• Manage client relationships, conduct weekly check-ins and QBRs, and resolve service issues.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and training requirements; inspect sites and conduct drills.
