Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Account Manager – Security Operations (24/7 Client Site) in Seattle, WA. You will own client satisfaction, contract delivery, and site-team performance, guiding officers and supervisors while ensuring post orders and SOPs are followed and KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive leadership in contract security, facilities, hospitality, or related operations.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong service recovery and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact; run weekly/biweekly client check-ins and QBRs.
• Translate the SOW into daily execution; maintain post orders and SOPs.
• Proactively resolve service issues and escalations; develop corrective action plans and follow-through.
• Own scheduling, staffing levels, and overtime control; partner with Recruiting on pipeline health.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and drills; ensure adherence to SOW, licensing, and training.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Supervisors/Officers; conduct performance huddles.
• Enforce policies and standards; recognize strong performance.
• Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Lead incident response and reporting; coordinate investigations as needed.
