Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to own client satisfaction, contract delivery, and team performance across assigned accounts.

You will lead site leadership and officer teams, ensure post orders are executed flawlessly, and drive KPI results in safety, service quality, and attrition. Responsibilities include managing scheduling and overtime, translating SOWs into daily execution, conducting site inspections, and developing corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive leadership in security/operations.
• Proven client-facing experience with service recovery and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of security operations, incident management, and post order development.

Responsibilities

• Lead site leadership and officer teams.
• Manage scheduling, overtime, and KPI results (safety, service quality).
• Translate the Statement of Work (SOW) into daily execution; maintain post orders and SOPs.
• Proactively resolve service issues and escalations; develop corrective action plans.
• Own scheduling, staffing levels, and overtime control; partner with Recruiting on pipeline health.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and drills; ensure adherence to SOW, licensing, and training.
