Prosegur is seeking an Account Manager in Keokuk, IA to oversee client site operations, staffing, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the General Manager and HR to ensure high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships.

You will recruit and onboard staff, manage schedules, train teams, and collaborate with clients to identify growth opportunities while maintaining procedural standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience recruiting and staffing for client sites.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate clearly.
